應該是想要匯入舊信件吧？

不然

以後啟動 Outlook 時沒接上外接裝置

可能會警告訊息跳個不停

檔案 功能表中有 匯入 選項

然後依照說明操作

我是想將整個郵件儲存於usb中, 因ssd 容量將無法應付郵件size.

因outlook 我知道匯出.olm(備份用), 

但我主要是想將整個outlook 路徑改存放於128g usb中, 以利節省筆電容量空間.

不知您是否知道該如何做？？

根據這篇的說法

Outlook 只會從兩個位置尋找 database

一是 Home directory/文件/Microsoft User Data

一是 Home directory/資源庫（不是還要 Preferences 嗎？）

這篇的獲選回應雖然內容與前一篇相似

但提到一種非正規做法

“to copy it to your new location and create an alias to it in the original location”

底下另一則回應

“You can move the identity by using symbolic links... put it anywhere you want.  I did this to move this beast of a folder structure off my bootup SSD to the second HD.“

symbolic link 應該也是類似的意思

只是前面已說過 道聽途說

到底 alias 或 symbolic link 要拉到哪一層（Microsoft User Data？Office 2011 Identities？Main Identity？）

前面文章沒提

個人也沒有實際經驗

就無法提供明確建議了～
