小弟原本在10.7版本中習慣用cmd＋左鍵開啟連結，但是升級到10.8後發現這個功能不見了，請問該如何開啟？
另外小弟前一陣子用appcleaner把iGetter刪掉之後，下載檔案都會出現：

1. If you have installed a new version of iGetter, delete the old versions of the application, run the new version and if the error persists restart the machine.
2. If you want to uninstall the application use the iGetter uninstaller or manually delete the following files:
- <Home folder>/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/iGetter Plugin
- <Home folder>/Library/InputManagers/iGetterIMBundle
- <Home folder>/Library/Contextual Menu Items/iGetterCMPlugIn
但是我去資源庫裡看都沒有這三個檔案，請問如何解決？
